Learning about fractions can be fun...
With fairy bread, m&m's and skittles we have started learning about fractions this week. We challenged each other to cut our whole pieces of fairy bread into fractions. We also sorted our lollies by colour and calculated what fraction of our collection each colour made up.

Yep! We've been learning all about fractions in many different ways! When we did the Fairy Bread activity, I sliced my bread into 32 pieces which means 1 piece is 1/32. Too much! Anyways let's get learning fractions!
